You may return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping fees) or for an exchange.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom-made, pre-order or special-order products
• Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
